A great view and friendly faces
Our stay at Topland Hotel was enjoyable! The deluxe double room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view over Phitsanulok. We especially loved the friendly staff and the good value dining options nearby.
During our visit, we encountered some issues with our door key, which was frustrating. The breakfast could have been a bit more varied, and the pool area needed a bit more attention.

The business suite I stayed in offered a generous amount of space, comfortable bed, and great air conditioning. I liked the buffet dinner at just baht 100 per person, providing a wide spread of options every evening.
The hotel's overall vibe felt quite gloomy, and the decor was outdated, making it seem poorly maintained. Breakfast options were subpar and got boring after the first day, with a limited selection that didn't impress. I also struggled with inconsistent water supply in the deluxe room. it lacked reliable hot water and had low pressure. The pool area, though decent, was affected by pigeons, which detracted from the experience. Lastly, I found the long waits at the elevators frustrating.

The size of the suites is fantastic, allowing for great comfort! The Chinese restaurant has big portions, which is nice, but the food taste was just okay. Breakfast menu got boring quickly. 😅

This was just an optimal selection for a brief sojourn in Phitsanulok with all in all brilliant value for money. The air conditioning in the room worked fine after a bit of attention from the engineer which was a relief. Consider bringing your own snacks since extra requests incur charges.
