Staff is very friendly and you can park your car on site. The breakfast is varied, and the location is good very close to shops in adjoining shopping mall, train station and temples and the nearby temples and local thai bars.

A great view and friendly faces
The beautiful double room was spacious, clean, and offered a fine view over Phitsanulok. We especially loved the friendly staff and the good value dining options nearby.
We encountered some issues with our door key, frustrating. The breakfast could have been a bit more varied, and the pool area needed a bit more attention.

Reasonably large rooms with facilities like climate control and multi-channel TV. A wide array of products for a rich breakfast.

Classic hotel with nice and welcoming staff and pleasant views over the town. Great breakfast and plenty of goodies. Tidy and absolutely perfect room with a mini bar, climate control and multi-channel TV, and good bed.

The business suite I stayed in offered a generous amount of space, comfortable bed, and great air conditioning. I liked the buffet dinner at just baht 100 per person.
The hotel's overall vibe felt quite gloomy, and the decor was outdated. Breakfast options were subpar and got boring after the first day, with a limited selection that didn't impress. I also struggled with inconsistent water supply in the beautiful room. It lacked reliable hot water and had low pressure. The pool area, though decent, was affected by pigeons, which detracted from the experience.

Staff are nice. Breakfast OK
Rooms, particularly the bathroom very dirty, black mould on tiles, filth on windows. Water stains on walls. Dirt and stains on light fittings. Not nice at all. Overpriced. Superior room it was not!

A good hotel, good rooms, Bad reception on the english tv chanels. A good selection of food for breakfast, both Thai and English. Wifi was poor most of the time in the bedroom, did not try downstairs in the main reception area.

Room carpet was old and deeply soiled. Replacement with tiles would be a big improvement.
